Expanding & Contracting: A Weekend Workshop

Expanding & contracting
Our bodies are in constant motion

Together, we will engage in:

This workshop is an invitation into the mysterious ‘dance’ of life at this moment in time – to meet it with curiosity, awareness, and creativity.

Venue

Beech Hill, 295 Northwich Road, Cheshire, CW8 3AN

A beautiful, non-residential setting with access to natural spaces. Participants will need to arrange their own accommodation if staying overnight.

Our bodies are in constant motion – expanding, pausing, and contracting.

In times of challenge or change, this natural rhythm can become disrupted. We may feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to fully access our vitality, creativity or resilience.

This experiential weekend workshop offers a gentle and creative space to explore your personal movement patterns using Gestalt-based body awareness, Developmental Movement, natural voice, and outdoor connection.

Who Is It For?

This workshop is open to anyone interested in personal exploration through the body. No prior movement or therapy experience is required - just a willingness to bring yourself to the process.

Places are limited (6–12 people) to support depth and safety.
